One more thought....... okay?

Zeke's posts stir controversy. We can read them if we choose. I choose to. We can also read them and disregard them. No biggie. He has his opinions. They may not be the same as ours. So what? We're never going to meet up with him or be under his watchful eye at a powwow. No biggie. Why bother trying to debate his queries and answers. Whatever you post, he will have an answer to the contrary. That's his thing.
I however, get a chuckle over the banter. I'll still read. I'll still enjoy the back and forth dialoque. Zeke might say hither and fro intercourse. Aye. I get a kick outta his eloquence.

Toughen up. Take what he has to offer and cast aside what you don't like. Simple as that. Right Zeke? Oops. I mean... correct, Zeke?

While this website can be informative, it too has entertainment value. I like being entertained and Zeke provides much of that.

LOL I am FAR from worried,in fact i think its very humorous and entertaining.The 3-5 years was a reference to zeke having been a parole officer and his prior posts on those who have a criminal record.From zekes posts here and knowledge of his activites in real life(ie. he is rude and condescending in real as he is here),im sure he has rubbed many people both in the indian world and the parole world,the wrong way.He doesnt hurt my feelings at all,you can bet on that.I see him as a joke as like you a source of entertainment.He has tho,insulted many people on here and in general(ie traditional people) numerous times and im sure not all see his words as funny.
Myself,i love seeing the self righteous idjit make a total and complete fool of himself time after time and i hope he keeps posting

Kind words. Words that, I can only presume, were not shared by those posting directly before you. (They are on my Ignore List.)

Certainly, my words can readily be cast aside by any who care. I don't take it personally and -- truthfully -- how would I know what/if you discarded? I am, as offered above, not concerned.

The only folks who have appeared to become radically upset by anything I've proxied are merely those who are unwilling to think, analyze their self/position, grow, or be accountable for such. It is almost as if scrutiny inherently threatens these individuals... (Personally, I welcome it.)

That said, to get back to the thread, I just believe that integrity, transparency and accountability are of tantamount importance when running an event. If that means that those who do not believe in such are not allowed to register in favour of those that do, well, I don't see the problem.

Exactly which is why I say that the registration deadline should not be set in concrete. I'd let any authentic dancer show up late and let them register. I wouldn't want them harboring a resentment but would rather give them a chance. Even if they are criminals, lol.

Just a thought. If someone register late & misses grand entry wouldn't it be harder for them to win, unless they are just that much better then the rest? If I'm right about this (cause I actually only dance at traditional powwows) then it really is a case of jealousy & being a sore loser.

Yes, it makes it harder for them to take 1st place but all that they want is a chance to place 2nd, 3rd, 4th or 5th.
