Roach Pins

I got a question for all that are out there. How many roach pins can one wear? one or two? why? I wear two roach plins with my grass outfit and people have told me to wear one and others say its look fine with two.

Whatever number it takes to keep the roach on your head is good. More than one long pin tends to remind me of a Geisha -

My co-worker has a second pin that is fairly short and goes on the back of his head. The other pin is on top of his head. Possibly for feather insurance or a more secure fit. I'll have to ask him.

I agree with one long one, if you need to secure it in your hair again, using a short second one would look good. The Geisha comparison is funny; I always wear hair sticks in my hair to secure my bun, when I'm not dancing. Probably not a good look for a man, of course those old time Japenese men did wear their hair like that too.

Here's another thing. I know there are a few variations to do with the headgear, and I've seen some folks wear knitting needles off the front of their roach with long ribbon coming off the end, swaying with the head movements. Anyone else see this or condone it?
