Trying To Find Someone TO Teach my Brother How TO Dance.

Im trying to help my little brother out. He has been wanting to dance ever since he was little, but when my grandparents died he had no one to teach him. Since we dont live In Choctaw Nation In Oklahoma its hard to find someone to teach him. He wants to dance in Red Earth so bad. Can Anyone Help?
