Some ways to tone up the ol' legs:

Thighs & glutes (i.e. butt): squats or bicycling. Uphill bicycling really burns.
Calves: jumping jacks (it is a plyometric exercise, concentrate on pointing your toes straight down as you lift off the ground, and bring your heals as close to the ground without actually letting them make contact in between jumps.
Remember to do proper warmups and cooldown stretches to avoid injury.

Anyone know old man Sylvester, tradish dancer? I know he is OLD but you gotta giv it up ladies! That man has sum sexy ol legs and he tears it up every summer on the powwow trail! Hope my ol man has legs like that! WAH!

Oh dear.... watch this get back to him! I'll be all blustered next powwow season!
