Gourd Dance Bookmark and Share
Went to a dance this past weekend at Red Buffalo Hall in Carnegie Oklahoma

What makes a good dance??

SINGING
I know of no other place that you can go to and know that you will hear the best Singing of Gourd Songs than Carnegie Oklahoma
This was a benefit dance so lots of Gourd Dance all afternoon
Real Relaxed atmosphere

We had a good time

Ok we had a damn good time

Shoot, those folks down that way are the pro's when it comes to gourd dance! They're pretty good at laying down some good round dance & 49 singing too.

Everytime I've been down that way I've experienced something new music-wise.

Now them Kiowas are getting ready for the Crows in two weeks and the Big Handgame Tournament down at the Kiowa Casino, Nov. 7th and 8th. Maybe Paul should webcast this Big Major event?! whatcha' think!
