Up coming dances

Who knows of an up coming Gourd dance/intertribals.

I know that the Miami tribe of Ok in Miami OK will have a Gourd dance/ stomp dance. I'm not sure when it will be in 2005. maybe someone reading this can fill us in. Another dance coming up is in March(5th) at the Univ. of MO at Columbia( the university NDN club), this is a 1 day contest.

Any others any one knows of. Perhaps a Christmas dance.

I know they will be having their annual stomp dance new years eve. I dont know if this is the event that ur talking about or not

We have a benefit dance coming up in the first weekend of Febuary,2005 at Crowley,Texas for the Texas Kiowa Tia Piah. I am sure we will be posting the info on the calander in the near future

Yes I was told it was around new years. I called Mom today and she thought it was about that time period. We will go this year. My Gourd Society is the Host Gourd. I think, I will have to ask.

I enjoy the stomp after just as much.

Yes I live in central MO. I go to OK and KC quite often, as I can. We will even go deep into Tx once a year, (this is my vacation).

Thats the week after... the OKC powwow club puts thiers on the week after... I am asking about the Good Medicine Socity New Year's Eve Dance.... Same Place... Thought Kitchens of American Building! Any Info would be nice

(Taco, WhoMe & Peacekeeper83)...Let's all meet... yeah. Hey Peacekeeper... I'll be at the City & the Commanche little ponies powwow too! Finding each other during dinner is perfect... I'll be wearing black pants with a kinda tan-ish shirt w/two indian girls on the front... in the back in says "Lakhota Sioux Go un2 all nations" and I'll be a bit darker than most so it really wont be too hard to find me!
