Kiowa Gourd Clan's new officer
I was in Carnegie for the Fourth of July ceremonial...and was there for history in the making....i would like to know what you all think of Curtis Horse giving the vice president position to Tim Tsoodle?...and what you think of him and what he is capable of with the Kiowa Gourd Clan?...In my opinion i think it was a wise choice and i know he will do a great job...

Miss Tradish,
Tim Tsoodle is an excellent replacement for Vice-President/ headsman of the Kiowa Gourd Clan. He comes from a good family, has grown up in the gourd clan, knows Kiowa customs and works with youth in his occupation. He is able bodied and humble as well. I think he will add a fresh perspective to the leadership of Kiowa Gourd Clan. I for one, will look up to him for it. Another part of history that was made at this year's Kiowa Gourd Clan celebration was the induction of a new whipman. I think both the headsman and whipmen's positions are held until the individual can no longer physically carry on their positions.

I was wonderin on how they do pick.....or do they have an election?....i'm kind of afraid of who, in the future, the other officers may pick (or what?) to take their place....Do you think the new whipman will live up to the potential his father did....anyone have any input.....
