Bote is cow intestine, cleaned and turned inside out, stuffed with fat and meat then boiled. Like indian sausage. it is GOOOOOD.

The good fat is on the outside of the gut. Cut a long section, turn it inside out and wash it in cool runing water three or four times. Just like preparing gut for menudo or chitlins. Stuff it,tie the ends and cook. You will have to ask a Kiowa to get the secret recipie for the inside stuffing.

does anyone know how to make sheep intestines? I can't remember what it's called exactly, but mann....it is so good w/ a thick peice of flat bread. It's all curly looking...hmm... can't remember the name, but what a craving I am having now!

I was reading thease post and now I am hungry again. Ummmm sounds really good. Now its ok Storm you are very smart. And if its any consolation I have vidoes stacked in front of my VCR to hide the blinking clock that I can not set to the right time.......
