I want to say that I was taught not only do we NOT wear our hats into the Gourd dance but we are to wear our nicest appropriate clothing. This doesn't mean we are to wear a tuxedo but we should try to wear nice cloths and this doesn't mean our t-shirts and ragged bluejeans. We are to also wear our Mocs as long as we have some.
