Question Need Help Please

I am helping my husband with his regelia. I am in the process of making his bandalaro. It will be three strans. Can someone explain to me on how to make it?

He has everything else at this time except this and I would love to have it made for him by Christmas if at all possible.

Wado for all your help

The making of the badaler is very easy. The most common and easiest way today is to use fishing leader wire. However, I suggest that before you make it you understand the gourd dance, the songs, and the meaning of the regalia.

I agree with them both.

Once you get beyond that. . .

Gourd dance beads should be two separate strands, not three: One is made of mescal beans and the other is made of silver beads.

I have seen them made of two strands, one beans, and one silver, but i've also seen two strands with the silver and mescal beans mixed between the two. Is this wrong, or are both exceptable?

I've also seen bone and plastic bead strands as well.

I have to scratch my head on that one.

What you have described is "exceptable" . . . .

Just not quite as traditional as two separate strands.

Things were created for a reason.
