I've been dancing for 16yrs now and have a really nice traditional outfit,but I want to know how to make an eagle feather visor,do you need a roach or not? Im using a coyote head piece right now but want a visor-- is there anybody in or around Mission BC Canada

Hey there Bear! I have only seen folks wear a visor with a roach. I have seen fox or wolf hides on folks before, but the just had loose feathers tied to the top. I would take all the feathers and arange them int the faned out shape ya want them in and hot glue the quills down..wait for it to dry, then cover both sides with leather. put a hole for your roach string to go threw in the middle of your leather peice.
