Smile Attaching Rhinestone banding

I am just wondering how do you attach rhinestone banding to your beadwork, do you glue or sew. I've been doing both, but sometimes the glue gets messy. any advice would be very much appreciated =)

I always sew mine. I tried gluing some on set and it pulled loose. The sewing looks a lot cleaner too.

Yep, sew it down between every stone. The only place I might put a teeny bit of glue is right at the beginning and at the very end of the band, under the first and last rhinestones.

yep I do it just like Czecky. And to help with neatness I will put a dab of glue on a toothpick and put it on it that way, then I use a close pin to clamp it a bit.

I do both but I'm only using a little bit of like jewelry glue to hold it in place well enough that it don't move as I sew it down.
