beading on a roach spreader

Is it wrong for me to want to bead on a home made leather roach spreader (which i made?) they don't have feathers or antennea as they are just kids. I may add if i go through with beading but will have to start from scratch as I've already glued two pieces of leather together lol
but my concern is that i know that only selected and honored ppl can quill thier roaches (bulltails) but I'm beading them with seed beads
I'm blackfoot and don't think there is anything wrong with it as i only added the out fits' pattern onto it.

Why are you posting all these beadwork questions here? Didn't you see that there is a whole other forum just for beadwork.

Why are you asking this question if you've already justified it to yourself?

I've seen plenty of dancers with beaded spreaders. Tribal affiliation has nothing to do with beaded spreaders.
