Help!..on tho's feather thingys :)
Im in need of some help.. im a fancy shawl dancer and i'm kinda getting tired of wearing my otters.. i would like to make some of thos feather like "plumes" that hang on the end of the beaded ropes..
Does anyone know how to make them... or kinda give me a general idea on how you think there made.. Thanks

I like to put the beads on, then the cone and slide up the cone further up.
Secure the feathers to the end and make a knot. Then you can slide the cone and beads back down and you don't need to crimp it.

tie two small feather dusters to a rope... hehehehe.. I'm only kidding since I don't really know how they are done or where they are worn for that matter...:P
