hello powwow world,is there anyone out there who can discribe how to make a rocker, my young boy is a fancy dancer and we need to have one before the trail starts .any help would be greatly appreciated

Make it out of closthes hanger wire, make sure it is set up evenly, leave space wide enough to have two feathers without touching themselves, and makes sure, it takes a little effort tot rock the feathers...Rubber bands attached to wire post in the f
