What does everyone like to listen to when you're not kickin' it at pow wows?

i've got this CD from Dreamkeeper... i never really had a chance to lister to it though... i will some time soon!!
i heard that Michael Spears also sings..!!! but i wouldn't know any of his songs... i must say that i love to see men sitting around this drum and singing... it sounds and looks very powerfull... love to see that up close some day!!!

I dig on Underground Hip-Hop mostly. Although ya can't help jammin on pow wow jamz even though you're at one! Aye!

Also Jazz and Classic Rock, are a must!

I can feel ya with classic rock, but I just cant feel jazz or anything slower.

I do like native flutes though, as long as they are not too tricked out with the modern stuff. I do like a lot of the contemporary native stuff going out there, and I like a lot of the different kinds of rock.

I almost exclusively listen to nothing but brutal death metal. As of lately, I've been hooked on Powwowradio. I've started a sort of black metal/folk band with myself playing all the instruments and I am going to heavily incorporate Native themes in the folk aspect of the project. I could be wrong, but it just might be the first Black metal/NATIVE-folk band this world has seen....
