Trans Formers The Movie 20th Aniversery Edition

This thread is for all the Trans Formers fans young and old. Its purpose is to discuss all things Transformers and Trans Formers related.

I know this has nothing to do with Native American culture; but I do know a whole lot of skinz who love Trans Formers!!!

So I'd like to pose a question as well to all the fans of this most kick butt of classic cartoons!

WHO IS YOUR FAVORITE TRANS FORMER?
Mine is Soundwave and Cyclonus and Grimlock

I think that this movie was quite ahead of it's time. The only other cartoon/franchise that can even come close to it is Robotech. Which by the way is another kick a$$ saga (Of course I own them all).

But it actually showed the Autobots and Decepticons getting killed. The voice talent of Judd Nelson, Robert Stack, Leonard Nemoy and Lional Stander. Not to mention it was Orson Wells last project. He was the voice of Unicron (the planet sized trans forner).

This movie was the $hit back in the day!!! I got to see it in the theater. It was the baddest of the bads. It really has stood the test of time. And for those of you who are fans and don't know it hit Spec Edition yet; go buy it now. It's so cleaned up man, Holy Energon Cubes Soundwave!!!!! They cleaned up the video and made the audio all kinds of slick. It looks like a completely brand new movie.

Yes serious nerdery but who cares!!! Trans Formers kicks A$$!

Besides Robotech, I don't believe there is a better big robot animated series. Especially ones with such a long run like Robotech or Trans Formers. I mean Trans Formers is still pumping out new stuff. Not that I have liked all it's varied incarnations over the years; but it does go to show you how much demand there is for big neat robots that change into different forms.

Robotech has just released it's long awaited Shadow Chronicles DVD. But I'll leave that one for the Robotech Thread.

I used to own some of the toys, and then made a ton of money off em on ebay.

My fav character never really made it on screen or even big on tv, was Snarl, the stegasaurus Dinobot. Swoop was my second fav.

Hey, who was Leneord Nimoy the voice for? I didnt have any idea he was in the thing.
