Getting Together

Posted by rlrezgirl_84
There is so many ways
To bring people together
Sometimes through basketball and football games
Another through someone passing
But none of this compares to
The PowWow
Every native has been to one
It seems like the only tradition alive
Hopefully thats not true
This is thee event that indian country is happy
I'm not saying we are not happy people
But it is the place where everyone is on the same level
Doing what our elders have done in the past
And when it is over
We know it won't be the last
For there is always next year
