I just read the last post on other styles of beadwork and Black Bear posted an excellent site for new time beaders.(thank you again Black Bear) But I was wondering if anybody else had any other good links for beaders that are just starting out or want to try new styles.

warhoop...make use of your browser dude!! All you need to do is type in the right words into it and a whole world of beading is at your fingertips. Try words and word combinations like...
Beading Beadwork Beginner beading beading for beginners beading instruction If there is a stitch you want to know about, type in the type of stitch and add + (plus sign) beading. This is how I found the links for the chevron stitch. I am not telling you this to make it easier on me..I certainly do not mind looking up links, but once you get the burn on for beading, it's good to know how to look things up!

I have done that before and usually get things like Barnes & Noble sites. I figured that if someone has come across a site that would be useful that it would be nice to share and not have to go through all that searching.

Yeah they seem to want to link you to the sights that sell books first don't they...:(
Ok i have quite a few links I can share with you..but I have to be on my other server so that will have to wait till later on today. Also you might want to check the powwows.com links page. Most of them are probably retailers , but I believe quite a few links to beading websites are on there as well.

Here is a link for beadesigner 1.0. My dad sent me the link awhile ago. i downloaded it onto my computer and use it to figure out some really nice designs. The nice thing is you can adjust the colors to match your beads, that way you have an idea what they will look like in your pattern. You can also import pics to use in a design, and best of all if you don't like something just erase it or part of it and start again. Hope everyone else likes it as much as I do!!!!!!!!!
