Trouble with Knots

I made a necklace, and the knots in it keep coming undone. anyone know how to prevent this????? I am tired of loosing the beads on it.

a drop of superglue or modelglue works pretty good for things like nymo, cotton thread and simulated sinew

i second the drop of glue or nail polish... and if it's the imitation sinew, you can melt the end down to the knot.
