Did anyone else think the drum contest was kind of messed up? Midnite Express missed the first drum roll call and still won? Don't get me wrong, they were jamming but do you think they should have won first place? They did have some good pick up singers, the lead singers for The Boys and Pipe Stone, but I thought for sure Eagle Feather or Smokeytown was going to win. I'm not hating on anybody, but I just thought it was kind of jacked up.

From what I was told, the first roll call wasn't for any points........maybe that's something you should have brought up with the committee. And even if it did, ya'll still got beat??

Anywayz, got to see/hear some of the singing and I personally didn't have a problem with the results I seen today. Boy ran a good pow-wow...in my opinion.

Anywayz, Hello WhoMe!!! Yeah, had a great ride(s) and I was actually glad I took this past weekend off. It was nice having not to be there at this or that time and not having to sit in the hot humid sun...

Hey that new crew called "Raining Thunder" was pretty good though.

Im a singer with buffalo horse, and i just want to let every one know that this one person does not speak for all of us. we were just glad to get in there, the contest came out just fine in my opinon, we felt good about the contest results. midnite jammed so they rightfully should have won first. i thought all the drums sound real good this weekend, im for sure coming back next year. all right then peace and frybread grease natives!!

I did not mean to offend anyone or start any drama. Also I want everybody to know that I didn't even sing with Buffalo Horse but I am an original member, but chose to sing with my brothers from Little Earth. I just felt like something was wrong with the way the results went down. MNX was the best sounding drum there, and I have looked up to Opie and Worm for most of my life. I just figured the whole group missing roll call would have affected the outcome. That is all. Didn't mean to offend anybody or disrespect anybody, and I am sorry if I did.

im glad that you are trying to straighten this out. buffalohorse is a new drum, and i dont think anyone of us would have appreiciated these comments, and far as i know non of the boys on our drum would try to disrespect any drum. opie and the boys from MNX are one of the best drums out there and we love their music. and i hope this doesnt affect the way they feel about us, if the statement had come from Buffalohorse then i would expect them to be mad at us, but it didnt so hopefully he will read this and know that it wasnt one of us that said any thing, but anyways thank you for your honesty, i have much love for vinny,tommy,and the boys from lil,earth. peace and frybread grease natives!!!
