Cloth Dance
I care for a girl named Lucy who is a member of a Southern California tribe and she would like the right to perform the Otoe Cloth Dance. Someone was making her a dress and was going to grant Lucy the right to perform the dance, but has recently disappeared and we are unable to contact her. Lucy would still very much like to perform the dance, but she needs to get in touch with someone else to help her. Can anyone offer any information about a contact or a good way to go about this? It would be very much appreciated.
