Question Cloth T-dress for a 7 year old Girl - What color would be more appropriate

I am making a cloth T-dress and leggings and shawl for my 7 year old niece. I want to get it done by Christmas for her but I am not sure which color would be more appropriate. I have Dark Green, Navy Blue, Cream and A muted Golden Yellow color. And suggestions would be of help and greatly appreciated.

Thanks So Much

Any of the colors you have listed sounds fine to me, ive always had just about any shade of blue T-dress and ive had several red as well but they were colors in my beadwork. What a luckylil girl to have such a careing auntie!

EaglePlumes that is very kind of you to say thank you. I am also working on a T-dress and leggings for myself that match my shawl. As well as trying to replace my new husbands regalia that was stolen by his ex girlfriend.

I would be honored to make one for you. What kind of applique do you want on your new dress? I thought about appliqueing Lady bugs on my nieces shawl and maybe the bottom of her dress since she loves them so and we even call her our little Katie bug.

That's very kind of you to offer im flattered, Im probly going to ask for one in trade for some bead-work im doing,But thank-you anyway. Lady bugs sound so cute I say do it! I saw a little girl a while back who had dragon fly's on her T-dress ,along the bottom of her dress and across the sleeves, they made her a purse out of material left from her dress and put dragon flys on it as well.

i never really understood that either but theres always a story behind every regalia and relationship. i've made beaded items for my partner and if we for any reason (i sincerely hope not) we split up. his regalia is HIS regalia.

but on another note i have knowledge of another couple who split up becuase he was having a relationship with her relative. she had made him a men's northern traditional regalia and he was a champion dancer. anyways she kept the beadwork and sold it. and his new woman had to make him new regalia.

Well I asked her what color she would like best and she chose Dark Green. And since she loves lady bugs I will applique those on the dress and the shawl and I was thinking about putting red and black alternating for the fringe on the shawl how does that sound? And other ideas or suggestions are appreciated.
Thanks
