Bestest Beadwork
Hiya everybody,
Im new here and am kinda feeling my way around. I started doin beadwork recently, just small stuff and loomwork, and have found out just how time consuming it can be! So I was just wondering who do you all think does the baddest beadwork out there in powwow land? |

Hmmmm right off the top of mah head.. I heard that shane hughes ( not her married name) does all her beadwork, and her pink set is to die for!! So she would definantly be up there! and Im pretty sure that Poncho B. did tookies purple dress and he makes all his regalia, and is an all around awesome guy! Thats just who popped in mah head!

Also whoever did toni tsatoke's yellow dress! awesome!!! and I liked seeing some of those northern dresses at GON... very beautiful.

All the Hughes girls bead and sew their own stuff. Definetly awesome! But if you're looking for someone to bead for you, it depends on where you are from. Next time you're at a dance check out the vendors, some of them do, and check with the local supplier they night know who does local stuff. Your last resort could be to ask a dancer who is wearing some kickin' beadwork. But be ready for any kinda answer.....

I like Jackie Tsonetokoy's beadwork (even back in the day when she was Tulsa Powwow Princess and she had that blue beadwork.) and I like Julia Noel's white beadwork set and light blue beadwork set. I also like Keri Bread's new stuff--okay, maybe I'm a little biased but I can't help it!

I know its not beadwork but Tiff Paskemin does some awesome sequin work
