I HAVE TO AGREE WITH LUVSTRAIGHTDANCRS AND JINGLEALLTHEWAY.
AS LONG AS IT'S NOT OVER BOARD.PLUS I THINK IT ALL DEPENDS ON HOW THAY DANCE TOO. DON'T MATTER IN THE GLITTER AND GLITZ

:chief: Everyone has there opinion on "traditional" and "contemporary" -or up to date. I believe it is in the dancer, if they dance kick a$$ whether or not they're outfit is "traditional" or fancy dancy I love them. An outfit is what you make of it. It's designs and putting it together should come from the heart whether or not your outfit is tri-cut beaded or plain beads or cloth or buckskin or shells, etc... and you have pride when you dance and don't take it for granted that is when an outfit has its glitter and glammer minus the glitz. You have to remember each outfit has its own individual style and comes from creator. My paragraph may not be what answered right to your exact question but this is how i feel on this subject.
