i just recieved this by email. i think this is funny as hell and a scam.

Good eye MudWoman! This is the whole Zimbabwe scam with the mis-use of our love for our service men and women! Terrible! Make sure you report it to your local attorney general so that they know it is happening. They send out regular notices (at least here they try to) to the senor citizens as they are especially susceptible to these kinds of scams. Thanks for letting the rest of us know!

yup, this is a scam. i emailed this to my sister. she crossed checked the Seargents name . . . there is a man by that name, but he was a PFC in the US Army and he is KIA.

ive already reported it to the webmaster and the I.T. Support dept here at my job. not sure what more can be done. this is just another way to launder money from overseas. yeah, it is a shame, but not much can be done

I don't remember mud if I told you about the check I got in the mail from someone like this for 99,999.57...they wanted me to put it in my bank and send them half through western union...I called the bank that issued it, gave them the account # and found out that it was a number from a small business account that had been stolen....they were very happy that I called and was able to get ahold of the business owner...it's crazy...
