Speaking of Lacy, she some how got hold of a ink pen and chewed it up. There is ink all over her, her bed and the floor. Hubby freaked out about it. The good news is that pinesole works on getting ink up.

i really love that pic of TAZ! at first i couldnt make out what the picture was. i even tried turning my head this way and that. then when i enlarged the pic, i could see what i was looking at. perfect shot!

Our family dog was a American Cocker Spanial/Lahaso Apso, his name was "Moccasin", he traveled all over with us, two great things he use to do was ride on the handle bars of the childrens bike, and go down the slide with the children. This saturday will be 2 weeks since he's been gone. We all sure miss him dearly

All my life i have been a dog person and still am to this day. But seems like everytime i get a dog or a pup something alwayz seems to happen to it. Sad i kno but somehow we would manage to lose it or well u kno...lol. But one day about 4 maybe 5 years ago i come home and there a damn cat sitting in my house. My first reaction was to get the damn thing out but thats when my mom says"Wait thats callie". At first i was against the idea but after a while i got used to it. And maybe a year and 1/2 ago my aunt gives us a white Simeze kitten wit a racoon lookin tail. I guess my mom figured that Callie needed some company. For some reason i come up wit the name. I decided to name him Simon the Simeze...lol. It comes time to introduce Simon and Callie and ive nv heard Callie so wicked when she first seen him. She would hiss, bite and everything else. That went on for around 2 to 3 weeks but low and be hold now they are the best of friends. One day we was getting in the car and Callie was cleaning Simon! We thought that was too funny. I have grown to like the two. When they fight its krzy. Jus the things they would do to get the better of one another. Itz funny too think how i grew up my whole life being a dog lover(still am) and now we have two cats...jus figured that would be something to share. KInda funny.

dear ANNIE, i was so sorry to hear about your family friend MOCCASIN. he sounds like he was a wonderful companion! i know how hard it can be to lose a greatly loved dog. i still miss my "BEAR". he was a red heeler and very clever too. i have great sympathy for you and your family. i am glad you found your way here and shared your story. take care and please feel free to post more anytime you wish.

*LAUGHING* that was a great story NATIVE_SOONER ! i know how you feel about dogs and cats. i would have reacted the same way to CALLIE & SIMON. i consider myself a dog person, but i have had a couple of kittens in my day. one was a siamese cat too! she loved to interact with me. very playful. i had named her "SIMBA". glad you shared your story. funny how things like that happen. come back and post more pet stories any time!
