Question academy awards 2007 Bookmark and Share
was it just me... or were the oscars BORING?
ellen wasnt that funny..but i thought al gore almost making an announcement was funny...
those shadow dancers were dumb...something a community theatre group would do... that sound effects choir? wtf??? whoever produced this show should be horsewhipped.... i thought 'little miss sunshine' shoulda won..cuz i didnt see the departed...im happy pans labyrinth won some awards...i thought it was good movie even tho it was subtitled...
what are your thoughts?

I liked it and I don't like ellen D. much.
but last night I totally enjoyed the show but then I havent watched it in years, and I have been medicated for about a week. now stuck in the house, havent worked in a couple of weeks getting ready for surgury soon so My point of view may be a bit off.
I loved the dance troup shadow thing ( must be the meds)
the Al gore thing was so predictable
why did most of the women have to match thier gowns to thier skin? and the fabrics reminded me of pieces layered and sewed together from granny's trunk.
I even laughed at most of the simple jokes ( maybe I need to get off the meds Quick)
I love subtitles

right on d.. sorry about your physical situation..hope your surgery goes well...there wasnt any spectacular gowns... and not even a swan dress..wheres bjork when you need her? (probably punching out reporters eh?) thx for your opinions.. i just tried to scan pics for the last hour and i made a mistake..im tired im goin to take my sleeping meds and go to bed...take care

I thought it was slow at times - but Ellen was great. Forest had the most moving speech of all.

As for dresses - Beyonce's red number was stunning. Nicole Kidman was a standout because of that bright red. I thought Reese was the best dressed woman.
