So, I'm a person that for many years has had very negative feelings about what and why Thanksgiving Day is celebrated and what it means to the general public of this nation. It's become something more than that for me and my little family. I cook the best traditional meal I can, and we hold hands, and we pray something like this. Thankyou, grandfather. Thankyou for giving us this delicious native food, for letting us be together today in our nice warm house, and most of all thankyou that us and many other Native American families are still here on this land, living our lives the best we can. So, go ahead celebrate your browness. Raise your heads high, be grateful they couldn't kill us all, those ratt *******s....J/K
You, can bet if I were anywhere near the East Coast, I'd be right out there at Plymouth Rock protesting right along side others.

this is the first thanks giving i dint not feel all the spirit behind the the day i m glad to cook a feast and feed my kids great
and happy to get it done but as iwent through the dayi felt something diffrent a sepration for the rest of the american ppl

even tho i can be a comming togetherday i just felt it a little diffrent today
and im glad to see with a little more understanding and i wondering when the changs took place
