Hellooooooo People! It seems like I haven't been here in weeks. Raegan and I have been sick with the flu for the past 2 weeks. Then last friday we got our income tax, and tried to find a new vehicle for us, but haven't had any luck until this past Monday. We saw one that we really liked, and have been trying to get it. We tried 3 different places, and at our third place, they were really trying hard to get us what we want. So far so good. We have to go sign the paper work tonight, but I'm still afraid our monthly payment will be too high. I hope not. Anyways, that's what's been going on.

Yesterday I had jury duty, and it sucked. The lawyers took forever trying to weed out the possible jury panel. I was asked a few questions, but I'm glad I wasn't chosen. Thank goodness!

So, what's going on with everyone else.

AC!!! *runs & tackles you* WHAT'S UP CHICA?! I've been missing you like no other!!!

Anyways, I haven't gotten my crown/sash yet...but I'm on the look out for the delivery truck. Paul said he would send it out by this weekend. From there, I have to have a meeting with my Kathla (Grandma) to see what to do about it because we had a death in our family. Usually when we have a death, the entire family goes into Mourning for a year, or until the family elder decides its time to rejoin the dance circle. My younger Cousin & I have to meet with her. My Younger cousin is the 2008 Happy Canyon Princess for the Pendleton Round-Up. So I spoke with the Happy Canyon Commitee, and they were 100% ok with me joining them in their parade routes to get PowWows.com out there and known to everyone in this area. So when that decision comes through, I'll let y'all know.

Anyways, I finally cut out my new mocs, leggins, belt, belt bag, and cuffs. I am still designing tho. On this set, I'm planning on working from "bottom" up. I also have my contemporary cape drawn out, prolly cut it out when I figure out how I'm going to design it...LOL. Soon!!! That's my goal for this year, I want new regalia, so now I'm gonna make it.

Work, well, work is ok. Its seriously straining my personal life, and I decided that after my next project, I'm going to go back to school. I need to start the registration process so I can start up this summer. If needed, I've accepted the fact that I may have to get a different job. One that will allow me to stay in the area to attend school. That's sutm I really really want to do...so now I think I am going to put forth the effort and 'Git'R'Done'.

Hi ac!

Cold here - supposed to be double-digit below-zero windchill again - BRRRR!!! No snow lately, though, and today at least there is some sun - even if it isn't warming things up much.

Everybody's been sick with a stomach bug of some kind. The three oldest girls are finally over it, and the rest of us are on the mend. I'll be very glad when spring is here. Hope all works out for your new vehicle - we're hoping to get one later this year when we get that rebate check from gov't.
