I totally agree with the top two picks!! *L* But not sure how the last three will end up. Guess we'll have to wait and see.
Everyone hates OU it seems though. That's why we get mad at AP and Coaches polls b/c they're so East and West coast bias. But we're starting to finally get some respect. *L*

I also agree with the top two picks.
One thing that people don't seem to realize is that OU always has a strong schedule. If the top teams like USC and Miami play our schedule then they could talk s***. Of course they are going to have a no loss season when they play non ranked teams. When they start to play teams like the ones we have in the Big Twelve then they can talk. |

I can't believe the BCS took out the strength of schedule and quality win factors. Might have made up for some of these high-ranked teams who play nobody (Utah, Boise State) being ranked so high this year.
If Auburn runs the table in the SEC (including the SEC championship game), there is no way they can exclude them from the BCS championship game!! That would mean beating both Georgia and Tennessee and beating one of them TWICE! The same goes for Oklahoma. The Big 12 and the SEC are the two toughest conferences to play in. For teams like Utah and Boise St. to even argue they should be in there is ridiculous.

Yeah why they don't give Auburn more props is confusing. They beat the National Champs LSU and a highly ranked Tennesee team, and I mean Auburn dominated them (in Knoxville). Meanwhile USC plays mostly wusses, and Miami moved into the ACC, who aside from Florida State and one of the other teams (this year it's Virginia), have nobody to challenge them.
Oklahoma and Auburn deserve to be at the top. The others don't.

If Auburn can run the table, then they deserve to be in it, but will they? Will Oklahoma? You are talking two teams that play in really tough conferences.
My picks to play in the BCS title game are USC -vs- Wisconsin or Miami. All are quality teams and all are playing in conferences that are a little down this year, so it will be a little easier for either to run the table. Are they the best teams out there? Maybe not, but that is why the BCS sucks. Oh yeah, I think that USC definately is a top two team. Just my opinion.

THERE IS ALSO THE UNWRITTEN RULE THAT WHENEVER WISCONSIN IS ANY GOOD, THEY DON'T PLAY WHOEVER ELSE IS WINNING IN THE BIG 10 (11) USUALLY MICH/OHIO STATE... DID YOU SEE THEIR CUPCAKE NON-CONFERENCE SCHEDULE? NOTRE DAME PLAYS USUALLY THE TOUGHEST SCHEDULE, BUT THEY HAVE SUCKED FOR SEVERAL YEARS...SO IT DOESN'T HELP MUCH. FROM HERE, IT LOOKS LIKE OKLAHOMA, AUBURN, USC AND MIAMI...BUT THE BIG 12/SEC TITLE GAMES WILL BE VERY TOUGH ON THE FIRST TWO...I'M HOPING FOR OKLAHOMA USC TO BE THE FINAL TWO...WE'LL SEE... LOVE NCAA FOOTBALL!!! IT RULES!!!!! C |

Even if they aren't the best, all Wisconsin has to do is win all their games and they got a great shot. Michigan won't get any props because they narrowly escaped San Diego State (Go Aztecs!!!) and lost to a bad Notre Dame.

I don't know who will be the second team but I know that OU will be in the final game. We have two Heisman Trophy candidates (Jason White and Adrian Peterson) and Bob Stoops. Peterson is on his way to breaking all kinds of records.
Of course I tend to be a little biased. |

OOOOOOOPS! Looks like I was dead wrong about Miami. Unless they can somehow redeem themselves, which looks unlikely, they will not be playing at home come January.

New Picks this week:
1. Oklahoma 2. Auburn 3. USC 4. Utah 5. California USC shouldn't even be considered for the championship. They've played virtually nobody, even coming close to losing to Stanford. It should be Sooners and Tigers in the Orange Bowl, provided both stay undefeated. Anything else is a huge injustice and a good argument to end the BCS.
