fridge raiders

any of you work at a place big enough to have a break room where people can eat socialize and keep their food or whatever?
one time i put my lunch in one (of 2) of the refrigerators, stuff was in a plastic bag... come lunch time ... someone had the nerve to tear open the bag and tried to steal my soda. lol i think they thought i had a coke or somethin they left it b/c it was a generic strawberry soda brand. :42: i didnt eat my lunch cuz i thought they might've done something to it. :p that really sucks i mean - talk about childish. the dayum cameras in the break room arent even on the fridges either

this happens to people everyday too :Yell

We have the same problem where I work. We clean out our fridges every thursday night because new shifts are coming on. On thurs. I put a still hot dinner from KFC in the fridge. Less than an hour later when I went to eat part of it it was gone. The guy who was cleaning the fridge (idiot) said he thought the last shift didn't want it (lie!). I couldn't believe it, they were eating any food in that even looked the slightest bit edible. Two other people on my shift also lost there food that night. Now I bring stuff that doesn't have to be in the fridge. :Mad

It happens at my job all the time..There's this one woman there that will go and get anybody's salad dressing and eat it up! She's bold too..she stands there with the fridge door open looking inside (like she's at home) then she spots the salad dressing and says " here's some and I don't care who it belongs to." When I heard that I brought my "salad dressing" the next day, only mine had .. milk of magnesia in it..lol.. Now she brings her own bottle...:devil

when i used to work at this one place i used to bring my sandwitch from the subway every day n everyday everyone would just cut it up n take what they wanted
~oookk once was ok mistake maybe but after a whole week was Not cool
so i had hot peppers put all thru the sandwitch LOL
they left my stuff alone after that ;)

ok Imma a mother of 5 and well sumtimes I like to have my own treats just because i think i deserve them..LOL and I Do :p. I usually buy the kids thier goodies and then hubby and i have our own, we just not into the same stuff the kids are. Its funny tho becasue the stuff i buy, last week the kids were like ewww i dunt like that stuff.. but when i buy it and say hands off.. what do they do?? eat and say gees mom that was really good when ya gonna buy more, LMAO...
So.. i think i just may have to take some of these ideas here and use them to my advantage hehe ;)

We had a woman like that in our old office. She would eat anything in the fridge. We had six different companies that shared the fridge and she didn't care what belonged to who, she ate what she wanted. We found a way to stop her, though. She was Iranian and would not even think of eating pork. A bunch of us fixed dished that had some kind of pork in them. After she cleaned out the fridge that day the owner made a comment to her about someone eating all the pork dishes in the fridge. She was out sick for a week. She never bothered anything else in the fridge though. Come to think of it I don't think she came to any of the holiday parties again either.

here where i work we ain't got dat prob cuz everyone knows each udder and it don't happen. it do happen if we leave somthin in da fridge overnight though so we don't do dat.
