Things that make you go EEEEWWWWWWW

Okay I was in my kitchen and I noticed a lil lizard running around in there (gross). Then it runs into the bathroom and I grab the broom, thinking I'm gonna clobber it and get rid of it. No use when I hit the lizard with the broom, about 2 inches of it's long tail comes off, and the tails wiggling around all by itself!! EEEWWWW!! So then in the confusion, my granddaughter grabs her new puppy and runs to the back of the house, meanwhile I'm outside wishing my son would hurry up and get done sweating, but I can hear them singing and so I ask my grandbaby where the puppy is, she says. "in the dryer." So we run and get the puppy out of the dryer and have to go by the lizard tail still wiggling around by itself. Now were waiting outside cuz the tail is just gross and when my son is finished, he comes down and gets the lizard and it's tail out of the house. He was carrying the lizard upside down and the lizard loses another inch or 2 off it's tail, making my grandbaby and I run again. Geez what a crazy evening!! Anyone else have craziness and confusion like this????

I picked up a two liter of sunkist tonight and was going to take the cap off and almost grabbed a huge granddaddy longlegs..

I don't care.. it was huge.. and his body was all big and red and stuff.. ewwwwwwwwwwww!!

I worked in this resteraunt that was just up the street from a flour mill... it was also next to a river.. you know those little brown german cockroaches that get into everything and just totally gross you out? Well being fed by that flour mill, stead of being 3/4 of an inch long, they were 2-3 inches long!!!!!! MAN WAS THAT EWWWW!! Even worse is when the guys would kill them by stepping on them... I almost got in some trouble for screaming and having to leave to throw up cause I have a phobia about bugs to begin with but that was just more than I could deal with!

Lizards EAT bugs. I don't see what people have against them; my neighbor has a lizard--specifically, an iguana--
as a pet. Spiders also eat other bugs; I generally leave
spider webs alone if they are not in a conspicuous place;
I call the spiders my "mosquito removal squad".

mold on anything grosses me out; so do little mice, we had lots of house mice in Oregon when I was a kid:( Catching somebody picking their nose or hocking a loogie makes me gag and wretch too!

OMG Niijikwe! What a time you had! *LOL* That is an "ewwww" if I ever heard one.

Hmmm...one time I bought a salad at Wendy's. Was enjoying it to the fullest until I noticed a bug about the size of a half dollar it it. Was red and it blended in very well with the salad fixings. Ewwwwwwwww gross!!!! Eve sick! I wondered if there were others and wondered if I ate any. Got this real sick feelin in the pit of my stomach.

OMG LIZARDS!! Once when we were firefighting in California they guys were chasing one around. I thought I'd be brave and just stand there and I thought it was running past me, so I looked behind and didn't see it CUZ it had RAN UP INSIDE MY PANTS LEG!!!!

I started jumping around and hitting at it and just the stupid tail fell out! I about died, and started taking off my pants and still jumping around and couldn't get my boots off. It was TERRIBLE. By the time I got my boots and pants off it was long gone, except for the tail, of course. And yes, I did have trunks on underneath my pants.:p

I imagine whoever you were with got a big laugh out of it. I know my son was cracking up at his daughter and I and thought it was hilarious.
We do have lizards running around here and there and I can handle them being outside in their own environment, but when they come inside my home, they're gross. And I had always heard that the lizards lose their tails but I never saw it before and especially twice in one evening. :rofl2:

Daannnngg this reminds me of when me, my brother and all my cousins..we were all kids... gawwwddd..sooo we live in arizona..and there are bunches of lizards out this way..soooo lol.. they had their FUN

in catching lizards..and yesss they held the lizards by the tail!! even the tail would fall off sometimes!! LOL...

Yes!! I don't know what she was thinking, she's only 3, 1/2 years old but she didn't turn the dryer on thank goodness. :Chatter Yeah when she told me the puppy was in the dryer I told her go get it out of there and she was crying and said, "I'm skeered of the tail." My sister said maybe she was protecting the puppy. I don't know but the puppy was fine, just sitting in there laying on a blanket.

Anyways, last year at Chicago powwow, this Hob lady came through grand entry smelling like something that would gag a maggot. Eeeeeeeewwww!
