there was a post in another thread where someone had made "plumes" out of those feather boas that you could get from joann's. she posted a pic of what she did and it turned out really well, almost like the real thing. even Diana made some that turned out beautifully. she said she'd make me some and I sent her money to buy the materials. that was in March and I still haven't received them. guess you can't trust everybody.
