Resources for Native Developmentally handicapped/handicapped children

Does anyone have any resources that one might be able to tap into for a little girl. She is Lakota. Are there any national resources? Know of any in Chicago area.. South Dakota ... area of Pine Ridge or Rosebud?
This little one has numerous health problems as well. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I don't think there are native only organizations for the developementally disabled... but this company has policy about respecting your religious and cultural values and beliefs.
