Buying drugs on line

I have been receiving emails that advertise I can buy perscriptions on line. No need to have a perscription in the past. Don't even need to visit a physician, just need to talk to the on line physician and he will give me a diaognosis. The only one will write one and I can get my perscription.
I looked up some names of meds and was shocked to find vicodine... somas and the like. I had friends that were deeply addictied to these and several lost their lives fighting their bitter addictions to these meds.
What do you think? Should this service be available... and would you ever use it?

People should not be able to purchase prescription drugs through the internet. The feds prob won't step in and do anything about it until alot of people die because of it. Sad what people get away with. I personally just make it a rule not to purchase things off the internet, well, that is unless there is something on Ebay I just can't live without!

For people, like myself, who barely have time to go to do laundry let alone go fill prescritions, this service could be VERY useful. Plus, for people who have to fill them frequently, having them delivered to your door before they run out would be amazing.

BUT there should be some sort of security/verification/tracking feature on these websites. For example, the doctor's office should be able (at your request) to enter your prescription/refill history on a 128 bit encrypted website that only the registered pharmaceutical website can access. It should be a nationwide registry so that addicts/pushers can't go to every website to order drugs.

In this day of high security capabilities, convenience should not be illegal.

a friend of mine that works for a certain drug agency just said that their team just busted a multi-million dollar online drug store similar to the one you are talking about.

They are illegal in the US. I suppose our gov is trying their best to get rid of this service but we can't police the whole world.

online prescriptions are very dangerous. What are the hospitals thinking?!?! Its hard enough to get diagnosed at the local IHS with a good doctor...let alone type in your symptoms and press enter and this will be a complete diagnostic of your symptoms...I don't think so. It would be better if you had a prescription to type into the net and have it delivered to you...but for a complete exam all the way to a prescription...what guarantee do they have that they are not BS'ing just to get some "oxies" or "percs"...Just had to vent...not sure if i made any sense LOL

Yes, online prescriptions could be very dangerous. How do you know that the person making the diagnosis and giving you the prescription can even legally do that. What if he or she really screws up and makes a total misdiagnosis, you take the stuff and you die. Then what?
I knew someone once that stole a whole book of blank prescriptions from a doctors office and wrote them out to himself and actually had several filled before he was caught. This was before prescriptions were offered via the net, but who's to say someone could'nt do that now!

DAYUM....Mato, here I thought you were gonna tell me where I could get some....geez your such a tease....hehehehehehehe

Only real problem with mail order drugs (real popular in Alaska) is the lack of security certain shipping companies have with them. A fellow I use to work with got his cancer meds through the mail (cheaper than the pharmacy) until someone figured out what the boxes were next thing you know his shippments started comming up missing. So yeah for cost and convenience I would go for a mail order med company, so long as they were able to secure the delivery so I got what I needed.

Then again if ya lived in southern Cali you could always make a run to TJ they have all kinds of neat stuff there....:Naughty
