Skin around the forearm
Do you have to have the right to wear an animal skin around the forearm if you are a Chicken Dancer?
Does it mean something or is it just a decoration?

What I learned was that prarie chicken dancers hold the fur to represent their clan systems. I was also told that chicken dancers hold the skins of predators to prarie chickens (fox, coyote, etc.....). Thats all i know.
