i am new to this forum, but heard that i could proubably find help here.... my plight is that ALL of my regalia and buckskin dress was "barrowed" when i traveled to a intertribal gathering in sacramento... altho it was my grandmothers dress with 4 generations of bead work, i have never found the person who "barrowed" it.
so my quest is to find someone who does this type of work, and beading so i may once again enter the circles of my people.
anyone who can help please respond soon. i prefer wearing white skins, and am of the seneca nation. i am now in southern california, and have not had any luck in finding a dress cutter.
