ok...I did'nt explain myself properly.. (clears throat)

I don't have anything that NEEDS to be done, no orders till I return and no personal beading that needst to be done... DAT DON"T MEAN I AM NOT GOING TO BEAD!! ROFLMAO...now I got two weeks to do this little pattern I made up and I get a chance to bead with one of the more renowned bead artists of my people and her neice! This excites me!

Finally stopped edge beading

OK OK edge beading makes things look better but it is so unrewarding. No design taking shape etc. So I have started on some barettes for my daughters. Each morning the five year old asks how much I have done. Talk about encouragement.

Next I am going to work on items for her fancy shawl outfit. I have done picture designs for a beaded tie for a grass dancer and I want to do some for her hair tie. (Is that what the piece on the back of her head is called?) I have seen many but never made one. My idea is that is would be an oval type design and be attached to a barette.

lol no a rossette is a disk shape or circle , I have forgotten what mom told me to do next . An if I ask her again she will ask me what I am working on an I cant lie to her . I was wondering if anyone had a pattern for dummies on the rossette , Like I said I want to make her a set of Turtle hair pieces.

traditional dancer is an unknown quantity at this point
I just finished new hairties, barettes and earrings for myself. I'm thinking about making a new choker. Right now I'm repairing some loose strands on my moccasins and cape

Dang, TiBBy. Your pic didn't show up. Was that a pic?

'Nyway, I got 2 last minute orders last night. One for a jingle dress by Friday at noon for a girl dancing 10 days at Cheyenne Frontier Days.

And one for an apron and cape(yoke) whatever, for my buddy's boy who's the head dancer next weekend. He wants any design that's cool. OH GAW, the pressure!!!:Chatter

Thumbs up New Shawl

I'm working on a new shawl.
It was supposed to be in time for Fort Hollywood. I'm spending too much time up here and not enough on the machine.
But since I am still deciding to head down there I'm really not worrying about it.
May just hit Omak instead. Either way I need to sew like a mad woman.
