crafts needed for non profit raffle
Indigenous and Irish Alliance needs 3 indigenous crafts for our summer raffle. Proceeds go to buy textbooks for Oceti Wakan and for the return of a pipe from the sacred pipe campaign.

I'd help you out, but my auntie's house burned down this weekend and they lost everything.. so if the nation does any kind of fundraiser, I'm sending everything I've got done to it. I don't have money but I have beads.

No, that's ok. Do take care of your auntie. I'm very sorry to hear of her tragedy and I hope that she is able to get back on her feet and recover from her loss. Thank you for at least replying to my post and having the thought to help. We appreciate it.

There is supposed to be one.. I dont' know the details yet.. if it's a chinese auction / dinner like they normally do, I'm sending my stuff up there to be auctioned for her. She's got a son in middle school and she's on disability.. losing everything means losing everything.. no clothes, no furniture, no family pictures, no toys, everything... and you know they dont have houseowners' insurance out on the rez.... We have lots of family to help but I still worry about them.
