I am heading back into the arena this weekend after a 20 year "break" from fancy dancing. Thanks go to Whome, BeadMan, CrazyWolf and bwhite for their postings regarding regalia contruction and fancy dance history. I very much appreciate it. Posts from these gentleman are what got me originally thinking about getting back into the arena. Also, this has had the desired affect on the younger generation at our camp: I have one 13 year-old and one 9 year-old helping me with my regalia. They are as excited as I am and I will be surprised if they aren't dancing with me next year. Again, thanks to all the dilligent posters in this forum. Wanishi!

P.S. If you ever attend the Delaware Pow Wow outside of Copan, OK, please stop by the Whiteturkey camp and say Hey. We are in the south-east corner of the grounds, just north-east of the Indian football field.
