Depends on how they are mounted on the string. Around here they are mounted in a plastic setting (sometimes black, sometimes white) We just sew them on to the backing around the crown or design. Just tack them on after every one.

Ok, I was wondering on how to do that, and you gave me my answer. The ones that I had ordered where a 12ss! Frikin tiny, even had problems picking them up with tweezers
Got an email back from the company, and told them that I would like an exchange to a 34ss.. is that the right size for Regalia? anyone?
The 12ss where smaller then an eraser on the end of a pencil:O
