This Coke Salad sounds good. I might have to try it for Turkey day.
2 pkgs. cherry, black cherry or raspberry Jello
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 can sweet cherries or Bing cherries
1 c. pecans or walnuts
12 oz. Coca Cola
4 oz. cream cheese
Drain liquid from pineapple and cherries. Heat to boiling. (Will be about 1 1/3 cups.) Pour in Jello and mix well; mix in cream cheese; cool. Mix in 12 ounces Coca Cola and refrigerate until thickened. Add pineapple, cherries and nuts; mix well. Refrigerate until jelled.
