Head judges are a recent addition to the powwow. It's not tradish, so people can't say that , traditionally, women don't belong in that position.
Women can select good, fair judges just as well as men. Or.......... they can select bad, unfair judges just as well as men too.
Gender doesn't factor into judge selection.
Good or bad, happy or sad.
