We had a woman Arena Director last year, and we're going to have her be one of the AD's this year as well.
And just like Kakeeya said, there are whipwoman, which isn't much different than an arena director in terms of the responsabilites they assume.
There are woman arena directors and MC's here and there....there are going to be more in the future...so why fight it:D
...this is a good thing.
