My Auntie had a spell with it a few months ago. It started out like a tootheache, then she woke up and her face was really sagging! It was really awful, she had one eye that wouldn't open, and the other that wouldn't close. She said it was painful. It took like a month to clear up. I believe it is genetic, but We don't know what causes it to act up? It was really hard on her and I hope she doesnt have to go through that again! I really feel for anyone who has to go through that.
