Just to let you know Wyo-Rose. My neighbor did the Atkins diet for a year and a half, he started adding on carbs here and there and has re-gained 30 lbs. I gave him a healthy eating plan that included carbs (healthy carbs) and he's been losing the weight properly and he told me he actually feels better b/c he has more energy. BUT...people are different. So, I'm just trying to give information. :-)
