I did Atkins for 8 wks. and lost 20 pounds, so I will be going back on it soon. It isn't that hard, it's just that the Holiday's were coming and I was visiting and eating and visiting and forgot about Atkins. I really like the way it made me feel though. Lots of energy. I should probably start jogging again too. I'll have to start all the way back at walking though!:p
