For any style, judges look for dancers to:
1. Dance on beat
2. Dance their style
3. Honor the honor beats according to their style
4. Stop on the last beat with both feet on the ground
Those are the really big ones. If you mess those up, your footwork could make you look like you're floating on air and it wouldn't matter. So once you've got those four down, judges look at everything from your footwork (are you coordinated and graceful), to your regalia (does it look like you have 365 jingles and 7 rows of them), sometimes even your facial expression (i.e. try to look like you're having a good time dancing, look proud, etc.)
Hope this helps
