Thanks for the advice. I am having fun with designing this rosette & would not even be making this rosette if I hadn't opened my mouth. It just seemed that seeing my work in the middle of that bustle would one less piece of Hong Kong **** included in the dance clothing of someone with the group I am with right now and a chance to expand upon my own beading skills. (This is going to be the largest rosette I will have made up to this date. Until this time, my largest was a 4" made of cuts....another fun project for myself. ) I have a feeling that this probably won't be the last rosette I will make for someone of this group, unless I start teaching beading classes. They just don't know how to bead, or don't have a whole lot of time to bead because of kids, so they end up using the Hong Kong ****. Oh well, I will most likely be having more fun in the future.....which is fine with me as I have a bunch of beads that I need to use up. :)
